The ashes of legendary Bollywood actor Dev Anand were immersed in the Godavari River at Nashik today. Anand’s son Suneil had come to India from London to immerse the ashes in the riverHis last rites were performed at the Putney Vale Cemetery and Crematorium in
London on Saturday. The last rites were performed as per Hindu rituals. Anand’s family and friends were present at the venue.
